Sharing wellness techniques that I have developed and honed over 15 years working in the health and wellness industry is a passion.  I truly enjoy teaching and bringing wellness services to businesses, wellness centers, spas and organizations.  A freelance copywriter, I have created workplace wellness content for Google Health, consulted on website content and taught continuing education classes for the massage program at Phoenix College.
